Disturbing new footage released on Wednesday shows a white police officer kicking a handcuffed Black man in the face.

In the video, a police officer can be seen pulling the man from his car to the ground. As he lay handcuffed on the ground in the middle of a busy highway just outside of Lawrenceville, Georgia, another officer charges over to the pair and stomps on the man’s face.
