BBC interviews Radovan Karadzic

Radovan Karadzic interviewed by the BBC in 1995 argues that the Dayton Agreement legitimized the War in Bosnia and that all his Soldiers adhered to the Geneva Conventions!

Considering George W Bush and co have argued that the Geneva Conventions are outdated Bush should be aware this COULD happen to him.
