The Hour of Lead
At any hour now, from
the greatest military might in the history of humankind, a vast dragon
designed only for the killing of human beings will be unleashed by the
United States from safe skies, over a defenseless third world country,
half of whose people are children.

Lead - Remembered, if outlived, As freezing persons recollect the
snow - First--Chill--then Stupor--then the letting go" -

A note for history:
The general consensus is that Iraq will be basically decimated, safe
enough only for western workers in biohazard suits to return in
order to operate the oil refineries which will provide part of the
economic power needed in order to dominate the world.
There is nothing approximating a consensus approving this invasion.
The only notable popular support comes from people in the United
States.
Pope John Paul II prayed almost hourly to his God and believed he
was told that this war is immoral. His envoy delivered the message
to George W. Bush. The pope was joined by the leaders of almost
every Protestant Church in the U.S. with the exception of the
Southern Baptists. Their God was against this invasion.
Jim Winkler, the General Secretary of the United Methodist Church (George
W. Bush's church), says, "It is inconceivable that Jesus
Christ, our Lord and Savior and the Prince of Peace, would support
this proposed attack."
Pleas to stop this rush to war were issued by Nobel peace prize
winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu, by Nelson Mandela, the Dalai Lama, a
large majority of the members of the United Nations, the EU, and
NATO. The opposition was voiced by Noam Chomsky, Jimmy Carter, and
tens of millions of people across the world, who sought spiritual
and religious and moral guidance from their God.
George W. Bush, whose publicists have pushed as a devout Christian,
appears to have heard a voice of God saying that diplomacy should
consist of threats and that the time for threats was over and it is
time to kill. This God of George W. Bush is a harsh one, standing
alone against the God of almost all the world's religions, one
unfathomable to most of the world.
It begins in a few hours. This IS the hour of lead, with all its
poisons, and apparently the God of Pope John Paul II was dealt a bad
hand this time.
