Testing New Comment Software

There have been a huge number of readers complaining about problems with the "Intense Debate" comment system.

We have been testing a new system "Livefyre" and while it would appear to have a number of advantages, I would like to elicit your opinion as to its functionality and user friendlessness. Please provide your insights below.
