   Thought I would let you know a bit about the author or the article “The Coming Implosion of the American Empire” by Gary North, first published on LewRockwell.com and later published on your web site.

   Katherine Yurica has recently published a number of extremely important investigative articles regarding the power and the strategies of the adherents of Christian Reconstructionism and Dominionism, most recently the article that can be found at her web site www.yuricareport.com entitled “New Dominionist Bill Limits the Supreme Court’s Jurisdiction – The Constitution Restoration Act of 2004”, dated Feb 19, 2004. 

   Gary North is a long time member of that particular movement and his writings on this subject are readily available for download at his site www.freebooks.com . I would strongly advise you and your audience to skim through the many short publications at that site prior to accepting Mr. North as a credible and authoritative source of information or as an unbiased analyst. This movement is well known to advocate the practice of deception in order to mask it’s true political goals and it’s ultimate aims. Margaret Atwood’s novel “The Handmaid’s Tale” may be the best description of the sort of social order that these people envision for the world. It’s not a world I would choose to inhabit.

   It’s also obvious that the influence of this school of thought is on the rise and has been embraced by the Bush administration – view Bush’s address to the national governor’s association meeting last night in light of the agenda of these people and you’ll be stunned at the similarity of their views. Yurica is not exaggerating the threat that these people pose to our freedom and even to our physical existence should they fully seize power.
