The Mexican Mormon War - Drug Cartels vs. Mormons

By Vice News

November 05, 2019 "Information Clearing House" -  The cartels of Juarez, Mexico, are at war with a group of Mormons, some of whom are related to Mitt Romney. We went there to document the conflict, meet Romney's Mormon family, and find out more about how US policy is impacting the war on drugs.

This fascinating documentary touches on a number of hot-button topics the affect U.S.-Mexico relations, e.g. gun and drug trafficking, cartel-related violence, Operation Fast and Furious, gun control, immigration policy, presidential politics, Mitt Romney’s upbringing, and Mormon history and culture.
