Update - May 28, 2021 "Information
Clearing House" - When I wrote the
message below, I was sure that I had recovered from
and Covid and that within days I would be able to
rerun to my work here at ICH. That was wishful
thinking on my part. Some days later , by lack
of physical energy led me to my doctors office and a
large number of tests, which indicated that Covid
complications had caused not only my heart attack
but pneumonia, anemia, (I had lost 42 lbs in the
first 30 days of Covid) further tests also showed a
kidney infection. This complete lack of energy
coupled with depression, resulted in bed rest and
very little physical activity over the last month.
In fact there were days when I thought that recovery
would not be possible.
Today, is my first attempt at returning to work
and I hope that the the ICH community will forgive
my absence. I will be doing my best to return to
regular daily updates but the will be somewhat
reduced in content as I am determined to restore my
health and provide news and insights that are not
available on lame stream media. Again I want to
thank you for your patience, support and good
wishes.

Clearing House" - -
I would like to take a moment to thank each one of
you for taking time to email me, from every corner
of the globe with good wishes for my health an
wellbeing. I can not express how much of a positive
effect these messages had my recovery from Covid and
the heart attack which followed. I am out of
hospital and this is the first moment I have had
enough energy to type these few words.
My doctors say I need a further week to rest and
recharge my body, during this time I will be
catching up on recent news and opinions. I will be
posting a shorter newsletter each day.
I would certainly appreciate it if you would post
links to article and opinions that you think most
important to the ICH community in the comment
section below.
To everyone who has dealt with the reality of
this Covid monster and the devastation it has
wrought on millions of families around the world. I
send you love peace and joy.
